Wine quality depends on grape origin and precise control of every production phase. Temperature is a decisive factor: a variation of just a few degrees can alter fermentation, stabilisation or ageing. That is why a winery needs a climate control system designed specifically for its processes.
High-efficiency water chillers
We install water chillers designed for the demands of wine production. LT versions reach temperatures down to -10 C, essential for processes such as tartaric stabilisation and other oenological treatments requiring intense cold.
These units combine high cooling capacity with energy efficiency, keeping operating costs under control even during peak demand periods such as the grape harvest.
Tank-by-tank temperature control
Each wine type and each production phase requires a different temperature. We design systems that allow independent temperature control for each tank and room, adapting to the specific requirements of red, white, rose or sparkling wines.
This individualised control ensures that each product is produced under optimal conditions, without compromising the quality of the others.
Glycol calculation for sub-zero temperatures
For chillers to operate safely at sub-zero temperatures, we calculate the exact glycol percentage needed in the water circuit. Precise calculation prevents the risk of freezing and ensures the equipment operates at maximum efficiency at all times.
