A technical installation without maintenance is a breakdown waiting to happen. Proper maintenance not only prevents unexpected stoppages but also extends equipment lifespan, reduces energy consumption and ensures regulatory compliance. We cover HVAC, industrial refrigeration, electrical, heating and domestic hot water installations.
Three types of maintenance, one goal
We apply three complementary approaches to keep your installations in the best possible condition:
- Preventive: scheduled inspections that detect and correct problems before they become breakdowns. This is the most effective way to avoid unplanned stoppages.
- Corrective: when a breakdown occurs, we intervene quickly to minimise the impact on your operations. Our team prioritises the urgency of each situation.
- Predictive: we monitor the actual performance of equipment to anticipate failures and plan interventions at the optimal time, before greater damage occurs.
Real diagnostics from day one
At the start of each contract, we carry out a complete inspection of all installations. We do not settle for a superficial review: we verify the actual condition of each piece of equipment, the system design and the spaces available for maintenance.
Correct installation design is the foundation of effective maintenance. If equipment does not have adequate access or spaces are insufficient, we identify the issue and propose solutions.
Detailed reception report
After the initial inspection, we deliver a reception report documenting the current condition of each installation and piece of equipment. This report includes possible improvements according to current regulations and serves as a reference for the entire maintenance plan.
Rapid breakdown response
When we receive a breakdown notification, we begin repair work as soon as possible. Priority and response time are adjusted to the urgency and impact of each incident on your operations.
